First Generation Family-Owned Farm
Out of a 2020 stimulus check, was born a humble garden at our residence in the hamlet of Wallkill, New York. This garden served as a way to feed ourselves more whole and nutritious foods, while slowly decreasing our reliance on empty grocery store shelves and the conventional agricultural system. Since then, we’ve expanded our little garden into a micro farmstead efficiently using every inch of our property. In 2022 we introduced a flock of free range chickens to not only provide eggs, but to help give back organic matter to our soil.
